| APPLY CONDITIONS | Students wish to apply must satisfy the following requirements: 1. Has finished at least high-schooled level education at their country. 2. Has acquired at least level N5 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test or finished 150 hours of studying Japanese at their country. |

| ADMISSION PROCESS | Step 1. Apply to the school Step 2. Take a test and attend an interview, either in person or online. Step. The school grants a certificate of admission to students who pass the test and interview. Step 4. The student presents necessary documents. Step 5. The school applies for a Certificate of Eligibility from the Nagoya immigration office. Step 6. The Nagoya immigration office assesses the student’s Japanese language proficiency over the phone. Step 7. The Nagoya immigration office grants a Certificate of Eligibility to the student who passes the assessment. Step 8. The student pays the school fees. Step 9. The school sends the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and other required documents to the student. Step 10. The student submits an application for an entry visa to the Japanese Embassy. Step 11. The student obtains the visa and comes to Japan. |
